Official ESA Letter takes the privacy of health information seriously. This notice summarizes how we handle information you share for a clinical emotional support animal (ESA) evaluation in Florida.

Protected health information

When you complete the evaluation form, you may share details about your mental or emotional well-being. That information is used only for the clinical evaluation and for issuing housing documentation when appropriate.

Who has access

We limit access to clinical information to licensed clinicians and support staff who need it to provide the service. We do not sell your health information.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on internal portals, and reasonable retention practices. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Letters and consultations

Official letters for landlords are issued in English only (U.S. housing documentation standard). Clinical consultations are offered in English or Spanish only.
