By using the Official ESA Letter website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nature of the Service

Official ESA Letter facilitates clinical evaluations by licensed mental health professionals for the purpose of determining whether an Emotional Support Animal letter is clinically appropriate for housing documentation. We are not a hospital or emergency service. Letters are issued only when a licensed clinician determines they are appropriate. We primarily serve Florida residents with a Florida-licensed clinician.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an intake and completing payment does not guarantee that you will receive an ESA letter. If a clinician does not approve a letter, you are eligible for a full refund of the evaluation fee under our refund policy.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information in your intake. False or incomplete information may result in denial of a letter and may affect refund eligibility if fraud is involved.

Housing Scope

Letters issued through this service are intended for housing accommodation requests under applicable fair housing rules. They are not for airline travel or public access in the same way as service animal rights under the ADA.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and passkeys secure. Required two-factor or passkey setup is part of protecting clinical-related account access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Official ESA Letter is not liable for landlord decisions, housing outcomes, or third-party actions after a letter is issued. We do not guarantee a landlord will accept any letter.
