By using the Official ESA Letter website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Official ESA Letter facilitates clinical evaluations by licensed mental health professionals for the purpose of determining whether an Emotional Support Animal letter is clinically appropriate for housing documentation. We are not a hospital or emergency service. Letters are issued only when a licensed clinician determines they are appropriate. We primarily serve Florida residents with a Florida-licensed clinician.
Submitting an intake and completing payment does not guarantee that you will receive an ESA letter. Approval is based solely on the clinician’s professional judgment. Housing decisions remain with landlords and housing providers. Official ESA Letter does not guarantee landlord acceptance.
When a letter is issued, it is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date unless a shorter period is stated on the letter. Renewal requires a new evaluation (see Renew).
Fees are as stated at purchase on the Official ESA Letter website (including new evaluation, renewal, additional-animal, and optional priority fees). See Pricing.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are seeking an evaluation for a legitimate clinical purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Official ESA Letter and participating clinicians shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any letter issued or declined.
