We limit access to clinical information to those who need it to provide the service. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on internal portals. We keep records only as long as needed for the evaluation, support, and legal obligations.
Sharing limits
We do not sell your health information. We may share limited details with payment processors, security vendors, or when law requires it. A property manager who uses our landlord verify page sees only what is needed to confirm an issued letter — not your full clinical narrative.
