Entire state of Florida
A legitimate Emotional Support Animal letter for housing starts with a real evaluation by a Florida-licensed professional. We serve residents statewide — not limited to one city or region.
Florida Statute § 760.27 addresses emotional support animals in housing and works alongside the federal Fair Housing Act. Housing providers generally may not charge pet deposits or pet rent for a legitimate assistance animal, and may not refuse housing solely because of a disability-related need for an ESA — subject to limited exceptions such as a documented direct threat.
Documentation that housing teams take seriously usually comes from a licensed practitioner with personal knowledge of the disability-related need. Instant “certificates” and paid registries do not meet that standard.
If you live in Florida, you can use this service. Metro landing pages below are only for people searching by city — the product and process are the same everywhere in the state.
