When the signed PDF is in your account, download it the same day and keep a second copy in email. Then write to the housing provider under Fair Housing + Fla. Stat. §760.27. Name the animal, say the letter is for a housing accommodation, and ask them to confirm they received the file. A PDF dropped into a tenant portal with no note is easy to ignore.
