This is for Florida renters and HOA residents who need housing paperwork for an emotional support animal. It is not for flying, public access, or skipping pet fees without a clinical review.
You pay online. That covers a licensed clinician looking at your case, not an automatic letter. You can fill out the form in English or Spanish.

If she approves, you get a signed English PDF for your landlord, good for one year from the purchase date. If she does not approve, you get a full refund. If a landlord later says no, that is not a refund.
You can complete the process in Spanish. The clinician works in English and Spanish. Landlord letters are in English.
Stripe processes the payment; we do not store card numbers. Paying does not mean a letter will be issued. The clinician still decides after reading your form and completing the evaluation. Extra-animal and optional-priority add-ons apply only when the queue has room.

When a letter is appropriate, you receive a signed English PDF after the review finishes. It is valid one year from the purchase date if issued. You download it from your account and send it with a written housing request. Landlords can verify the Florida license. We do not mail a vest, a laminated ID, or an airline form. Housing only. If the PDF has an error we made, we fix the paperwork. That is different from a property manager saying no.
You can complete intake and the consult in Spanish. The PDF that goes to a manager is English because that is the U.S. housing standard. We do not sell registry memberships. We do not write airline ESA letters. Most U.S. airlines no longer accept them, and this clinic does not offer that product. We serve Florida residents statewide, not a nationwide instant mill. If you need ADA service-dog documentation, that is a different legal framework and not this process.

Yes. Intake and the clinical consult can be in English or Spanish. Letters for landlords are issued in English, the U.S. housing standard. We are not a registry; an ID or vest alone is not enough under §760.27. We do not issue airline letters.
The $149 fee is for the first animal on a new housing evaluation. Extra animals are $49 each. Optional priority review is $49 when we have capacity. Returning clients renew at $99 for the first animal. The fee covers clinical review with personal knowledge and a signed PDF if the clinician approves, not a vest, registry ID, diagnosis dump, or airline form. You still owe actual damage your animal causes.
