Secure payment

Pay through Stripe. New evaluations start at $149; renewals from $99. Official ESA Letter only issues a letter if the clinician determines it is clinically appropriate — full refund if not approved.

Clinical evaluation

A Florida-licensed professional reviews your information and conducts the required evaluation. This may include structured review, phone, or video contact depending on clinical judgment. Approval is never automatic.

Receive your letter (if approved)

If appropriate, you receive a professionally formatted PDF. Most approved letters are delivered within about 24–48 hours after the evaluation is completed. The letter is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
