We cannot eliminate every possible rejection. We can make the letter hard to dismiss as a fake, and give you a clear request package landlords expect.

Truth: No ESA service can promise a landlord “has no reason” to deny. Providers still assess direct threat and engage in the interactive process. What Official ESA Letter controls is documentation quality, license verification, and support when the letter itself is the problem.

Why letters get rejected (and how we counter)

Looks like a template mill — Full letterhead, license #, NPI, dated evaluation, named animals, and verification contact. See letter standard.
License can’t be verified — Florida license and NPI are published on Our clinicians; letters repeat those details.
No formal request from the tenant — Use the cover letter draft below with your PDF letter.
Provider wants their form — Within 30 days of delivery we help with one standard verification / RA form for the same evaluation (see Refund Policy).

Attached is a letter from a state-licensed health care professional confirming that I have a disability-related need for the animal(s). The letter includes the clinician’s name, credentials, license information, and contact details for verification.
